Current work includes company and brand foundations, operating architecture, governance, documentation, evidence design, and institutional readiness. Real-world fleet: Not launched. No claim of current vehicles, platform authorization, production integration, or active passenger service.
01 · Foundation — Establish the company, brand, principles, operating architecture, documentation, and review discipline. This is the current stage.
02 · External Readiness — Prepare banking, insurance, vehicle access, charging, maintenance, facilities, licensing, permitting, vendors, and qualified support.
03 · Limited Validation — Consider controlled validation only after vehicles, authorized platform access, insurance coverage, required licenses and permits, qualified service support, and lawful operating conditions are available.
04 · Responsible Scale — Expand only when service, safety, financial, maintenance, compliance, and learning evidence supports the next step.
Evidence standard — Design documents, simulations, prototypes, readiness reviews, and live operations are distinct evidence stages. The existence of a dashboard or workflow does not establish operational readiness. Progress is more than software.
Maintenance & Risk Readiness — Coordinate inspections, qualified service, incident awareness, and out-of-service decisions before expansion.
Governance & Evidence — Preserve assumptions, approvals, exceptions, and outcomes so important decisions remain reviewable.
Responsible Scale — Move from preparation to limited validation only when lawful operating conditions and evidence support the next step.
Charging & Energy Readiness — Plan charging windows, energy availability, facility access, and conflicts without claiming control of third-party systems.
