Vehicle and platform providers retain responsibility for vehicles, autonomy technology, platform controls, dispatch authority, safety systems, and provider-side eligibility. Shanmu1000’s intended role is company-side fleet ownership and operations: asset readiness, charging and maintenance coordination, financial discipline, records, risk visibility, and human-reviewed operating decisions.
Our operating loop is Observe → Assess → Prepare → Record → Learn. AI-supported tools may organize information, surface risk signals, and prepare recommendations. A designated human confirms material actions, exceptions, and readiness decisions. This architecture is not a live vehicle-control, autonomous-driving, or production-platform integration system.

Off-Duty Readiness — A readiness assessment considers vehicle condition, charging, maintenance, insurance, licensing, platform eligibility, and unresolved exceptions. Missing or uncertain prerequisites lead to a restriction or escalation recommendation—not an automated vehicle command.
